Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Entry Level IT Support Analyst to join our team. As an Entry Level IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting to our employees and clients. You will also assist with installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software systems. You will work closely with senior IT staff and learn from their experience and guidance.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and tickets from employees and clients who need technical assistance.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff and follow up until resolution.
  • Document and update IT help desk procedures and knowledge base.
  • Install, configure, and update hardware and software systems as needed.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use IT systems and applications.
  • Stay updated on the latest IT trends and best practices.
Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows, Android and IOS operating systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other common applications.
  • Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
