Job Overview:
As Attorney – Workers Compensation Department Lead, your main role is to train and lead all new and current employees on our processes and procedures. You will handle your own caseload as well as supervise and oversee the cases of your team members. You will disburse new cases to team members and monitor and track their progress throughout the life of the cases. You will work closely with the CRO on any continuous training and improvement projects. Your responsibilities will also include assisting members of your case manager team leads to ensure the competency of all staff within the department. You will manage client satisfaction and handle issues clients have with various issues pertaining to processes and communication. Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct initial training with new hire attorneys
Create a continual training process, including new hires 30/60/90 interviews
Create training benchmarks
Manage, update and conduct continual education training
Guide and mentor attorneys daily with case questions, issues, and continued on-demand training
Work with CRO for any updates and changes to the current processes
Manage and maintain typical Attorney caseload of case
Assist attorneys, as needed
