Job Overview:
DiPasquale Moore is looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them accordingly and assisting in various administrative duties as needed. This position requires an individual who can perform well while juggling multiple tasks with little to no direct supervision.
Mail Clerk Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze documents received in the mail and scan and distribute to the appropriate team members
- Operate office equipment – photocopiers, scanners, telephone and voicemail systems and computers
- Assist Office Manager with updated and stocking office supplies
- Perform a variety of routine clerical activities and other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and using web-based applications
- Ability to consistently demonstrate good judgement and maintain the confidentiality of all files and documents
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Multi-tasking – juggling multiple responsibilities at once with the ability to jump back and forth and effectively complete these tasks one right after the other
