Case Manager – Assistant Team Lead

Job Overview:
As Case Manager – Assistant Team Lead, your main role is to train all new and current employees on our processes and procedures. You will work closely with Director of Legal Ops and Team Leads on any continuous training and improvement projects. Your responsibilities will also include assisting pre-litigation case managers with any questions or issues related to their caseloads.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct initial training with new hire case managers
Create a continual training process, including new hires 30/60/90 interviews
Create training benchmarks
Manage, update and conduct continual education training
Guide and mentor case managers daily with case questions, issues, and continued on-demand training.
Work with Pre-Litigation Department Leads and Director for any updates and changes to the current processes
Manage and maintain typical Case Manager case load of 200+ cases
Continuous, scheduled, case work review.
Assist case managers with cases as needed
Knowledge and Skills:
Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent grammar, punctuation, spelling, and organizational skills
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Diligence – honoring deadlines, keeping promises, and maintaining standards to provide phenomenal customer service to all clientele
Outstanding time management and prioritizing tasks
REPORTS TO: Director of Legal Ops and Pre-Litigation Team Lead(s)
SALARY: Competitive salary commensurate with experience
REQUIREMENTS:
6+ months of personal injury case manager experience
