ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
DM Injury Law is one of the fastest-growing personal injury firms in the Midwest — 70+ attorneys, 200 support staff, and offices across 10 markets including Kansas City, St. Louis, Denver, Omaha, and Oklahoma City. Founded in 2013, the firm's growth has been driven by professional, compassionate legal representation for clients after life-altering personal injury events.

This role sits inside our Kansas City office. You'll collaborate with the legal team — sharing knowledge and expertise — to ensure the highest standard of legal services for every client. You'll also provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you'll serve a vital role in connecting our Spanish-speaking clients with the representation they deserve.
