Workers’ compensation or personal injury experience preferred; strong administrative, medical, insurance, or legal support backgrounds also encouraged.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preference:
  • 1+ year of workers’ compensation, personal injury, or case management preferred
  • Familiarity with the workers’ compensation process and medical records is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Understanding of HIPAA and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Case Manager to support attorneys in managing workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution. In this role, you will help keep cases moving forward by organizing files, gathering and reviewing medical and employment records, and communicating with clients and insurance adjusters.

This position plays a key role in supporting both attorneys and clients throughout the claims process and is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing strong client support.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a high-volume caseload of workers’ compensation claims from intake through resolution
  • Gather and review medical records, wage information, and employment documents
  • Maintain organized and accurate case files in the firm’s system
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, providing updates and support
  • Communicate with medical providers and insurance adjusters
  • Track case progress and manage deadlines
  • Draft routine correspondence and case documents
  • Assist attorneys with preparing for hearings, mediations, and settlements
