SALARY: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunity 

REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma and minimum of 1-year customer service experience
PREFERRED:  Experience in Administrative Support, Personal Injury, or other injury related practice areas

Job Overview:
The Settlement Support Specialist will collaborate with the legal team to manage the settlement payment process and provide the best service to our clients.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contacting clients, insurance companies, and other parties to initiate payment processes related to personal injury claims
  • Maintaining accurate records of all transactions, communications, and agreements
  • Preparing payment reports
  • Working closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other staff members to ensure that the payment process is handled in accordance with the firm’s policies and legal guidelines
  • Addressing and resolving any issues that may arise during the payment process, such as client concerns, questions, and expectations.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Committed to providing superb responsive and compassionate client service
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs – Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
