Job Overview: We are seeking a BilingualClient Intake – Customer Support Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for potential clients. The Support Specialist will navigate high-stakes discussions and secure formal agreements to convert inquiries into active cases. This role is vital in driving the firm’s growth by building immediate rapport with potential clients and serving as their link to the legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients (phone, email, text)
Gather basic information using call guidelines to assess fit (no legal advice required)
Route qualified inquiries to attorneys or team members
Follow up with clients to gather additional information and maintain engagement
Maintain accurate records while protecting confidentiality
Support a smooth, high-quality intake process in a fast-paced environment
