SALARY: Competitive salary commensurate with experience and rewarding semi-annual bonus structure

REQUIREMENTS: MUST have an active Bar license in Kansas and at least (1) years of civil practice experience

“MIKE’S GOT THIS!” – DiPasquale Moore is a premier personal injury law firm headquartered in the heart of Kansas City, Missouri.  Founded in 2013 by Mike DiPasquale and Jason Moore, DM Law’s growth has been driven by the professional and compassionate legal representation provided to clients after a traumatic and sometimes life-altering event of a personal injury. We are now opening an office in Wichita, Kansas to better serve our expanding clientele and are looking for a strong leader to join us in our new office!

Job Overview:

The Lead Attorney will lead the day-to-day operations of the Wichita, KS office, while maintaining and managing all phases of personal injury claims, including but not limited to research, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Additionally, your team will include a case manager to assist with managing the high-volume caseload, client interactions and completing various correspondences and documents.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, collaborate and manage the operations of Wichita, KS team.
  • Managing a high-volume personal injury caseload through the pre-litigation claim process
  • Communicate frequently with team members from multiple legal supporting departments
  • Meet with Regional General Manager regularly for office development and strategic planning
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies
  • Communicate and maintain positive client relationships
  • Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements and other legal documents as required
  • Ensure accuracy of all documents prepared
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
