Job Overview: We are seeking a Client Care Coordinator to support clients throughout the medical treatment process and serve as a key connection point between clients, medical providers, and the firm's legal team. Reporting to the Director of Community and Medical Relationships, this role helps ensure clients receive timely support while contributing to the firm's medical coordination, provider relationship, and treatment verification efforts.
The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, and service-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
Client Medical Coordination
Treatment Verification Process, Maintain and Track Medical Records, and Case Support
Developing and Maintaining Medical Provider Relations
Training & Resource Development for Provider Partners
Reporting & Administrative Coordination of Internal Systems and Reporting Platforms
Represent firm at provider meetings, site visits and conferences
