Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to gather information and move cases forward
Research and verify contact information for involved parties
Support early case work, including drafting and sending letters of representation
Communicate with insurance carriers to open claims and collect details
Request, track, and organize case documents (police reports, statements, etc.)
Follow up with third parties to ensure timely receipt of records
