Job Overview
We are seeking an entry-level Legal Assistant to support attorneys and case managers with the day-to-day administrative and procedural work of managing cases. In this role, you will help keep cases moving forward efficiently while ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

This position plays a key role in supporting the team and helping deliver excellent service to clients through organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in monitoring and tracking the progression of active claims and cases
  • Help track the progress of cases and claims
  • Follow confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines
  • Communicate with insurance adjusters to gather information
  • Save and organize documents in the firm’s system
  • Update case information in the database
  • Draft basic letters and documents
  • Assist with filing insurance claims
  • Help manage calendars and important deadlines
  • Prepare and send Letters of Representation
