We’re looking for a hands-on data analyst with strong Excel skills who can turn data into clear, actionable insights. This individual is detail-oriented and works across teams to support decision-making, improve data quality and efficiency, and help build a developing service line within a fast-growing organization.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Econ, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, data analysis)
  • Ability to extract, scrub, and integrate data from multiple systems
  • Experience with reporting, billing data, or performance tracking is helpful
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preference:
  • Internship or experience in a legal, compliance, or professional services is preferred
  • Familiarity with data privacy, controls, or regulatory requirements is a plus

Job Overview:
This role supports the firm’s co-counsel and referral function. It combines data management, reporting, and analysis with day-to-day workflow support, helping the team track performance, improve processes, and make more informed decisions. The position sits at the intersection of data and operations, with a focus on building reporting capabilities and driving efficiency as the function continues to grow.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage co-counsel and referral opportunities with attorneys, intake, and marketing
  • Extract, scrub, and maintain data across case management, billing, and related systems
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track case performance, workload, and financials
  • Support billing processes and maintain accurate documentation
  • Analyze data to identify trends and deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Identify inefficiencies and improve data workflows and reporting processes
