The Health Insurance Lien Specialist supports the management and resolution of liens related to client settlements, including Medicaid, Medicare, and ERISA claims. This role works closely with attorneys, clients, and insurance providers to track lien status, gather and submit documentation, and help ensure timely processing.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of accountability and follow-through
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, text, and meetings
- Manage health insurance liens on client settlements (Medicaid, Medicare, ERISA)
- Track lien status, deadlines, and required actions
- Communicate with insurers to obtain lien amounts and support resolution
- Prepare and submit lien-related documentation and disputes
- Maintain organized records of lien activity and case documentation
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal teams to support case progression
- Ensure timely follow-up and compliance with applicable requirements
